Jennifer Ruddy has extensive experience in compensation and human resources management, with a career spanning from 2008 to the present. At Pampered Chef, from December 2008 to April 2016, Jennifer served as Supervisor of Compensation & HRIS and later as Manager of Total Rewards, where responsibilities included the development and analysis of HR metrics, compensation program administration, and managing effective compensation and benefits programs.
