Dwight James

Dwight James is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the aviation and consulting industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Customer Engagement & Loyalty and CEO of Delta Vacations at Delta Air Lines, Dwight leads the SkyMiles loyalty program and manages global partnerships. Previous roles at Delta include oversight of pricing, revenue management, and international strategy, along with serving on the boards of Wheels Up, Floor & Decor, and Virgin Atlantic. As a co-founding partner of James-Lewis, LLC, Dwight focused on corporate strategy and profitability management, while earlier positions at The Home Depot and Deloitte Consulting involved corporate strategy and mergers & acquisitions. Dwight holds an MBA from Duke University and a BA in Business Administration from Morehouse College.
