Caroline Burgess

Caroline Burgess is an accomplished product management professional with extensive experience in leading and managing product initiatives across multiple organizations. Currently, Caroline serves as the Director of Product Management at When I Work, focusing on key platform areas including billing, payments, pricing, user management, and integrations since September 2021. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at PayScale from October 2017 to August 2021, where responsibilities included managing multiple product teams and setting product strategies that significantly improved operational efficiency. Caroline's early career includes senior advisory roles at Mercer, overseeing global implementations, and experience in human resources at Brown Brothers Harriman. Caroline holds a Master's degree in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Colgate University.
