Alice Chilver Fcipd

Alice Chilver is the Founder and CEO of WHEN: Women's Higher Education Network, a company dedicated to promoting gender equity in higher education. Alice has extensive experience in organisational development, change management, business development, and client relationship management. Alice has a background in higher education, holding a MBA in Higher Education Management and Leadership from UCL. Additionally, Alice has a BA in French and Philosophy from the University of Leeds. Alice has also played key roles in companies such as UCL and Oxford Leadership Academy, where Alice oversaw growth and development, managed multinational culture change programmes, and facilitated strategic projects.
