Enrico Nugnes

Enrico Nugnes is a skilled culinary professional with extensive experience in various kitchen roles, currently serving as Head Chef at Where the Pancakes Are since October 2022, where adherence to nutrition and sanitation regulations is prioritized. In addition to this role, Enrico has been an International Chef at Bee Flat LLC since September 2021, managing catering preparations at international events throughout Europe.
