Andrea Del Río Reyes

Andrea Del Río Reyes has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Psychology fields since 2011. In 2011, they worked as a Practicante in the unit of Enlace at Clínica Psiquiátrica Universidad de Chile and as an Ayudante in Psicología at Universidad Gabriela Mistral. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at Empresas La Polar S.A. as a Psicóloga Reclutamiento y Selección, and from 2014 to 2019 they worked at CGE S.A. as an Analista Cultura y Talento and Analista Personas. In 2019, they began working at Itaú Chile as an HR Business Partner and Analista Senior Cultura y Gestión del Conocimiento. Currently, they are a Talent Development Leader at wherEX.

Andrea Del Río Reyes has a diverse educational background. Andrea completed their Diplomatura in Liderazgo y Gestión en Mercados Energéticos at Universidad de Chile between 2017 and 2018. Before that, they obtained their Psicóloga degree at Universidad Gabriela Mistral between 2007 and 2011.
