Paula Tappan Sphr

Paula Tappan SPHR, SHRM-SCP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent development. Currently serving as the Leader of Talent Development at Fortis Construction, Inc. since January 2023, Tappan previously held the position of Director, HRBP at Coca-Cola Consolidated from February 2022 to January 2023. Additional roles include Senior Human Resources Business Partner at NV5, Human Resources Manager at Lakeshore Learning Materials, and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Valvoline. Tappan also served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Time Warner Cable and held several positions at Dana Incorporated, culminating as Director of Human Resource Information Systems. Tappan holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management from Walden University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from Eastern Kentucky University.
