Keli Redinger

Keli (Leaf) Redinger currently serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Whetstone Distribution, a position held since January 2023, following a successful tenure as Vice President of Human Resources at Honey-Can-Do International LLC from February 2016 to January 2023. Keli has extensive experience in human resources, having supported over 1,300 employees at Noble Network of Charter Schools as Director of Human Resources and having provided consultative HR leadership for 22 subsidiaries at Wintrust Financial Corp. Keli's leadership has been recognized with awards including being listed as a finalist for Best Place To Work in Chicago in 2021 and being named one of Crain's Notable Leaders in HR the same year. Keli holds an MBA in Strategy, Organizational Management, and Social Enterprise from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
