Sarah Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Sarah started their career as a Tenancy Enforcement Manager at CASTLE VALE COMMUNITY HOUSING ASSOCIATION LIMITED in 2004. Sarah then moved on to Watmos Community Homes in 2007, where they worked as a Housing Services Manager, responsible for housing, customer, and legal services. In this role, they achieved upper quartile performance across all KPIs and reduced void rent loss.

Sarah joined Pioneer Group in 2012 as a Lettings and Tenancy Services Manager before progressing to the role of Income and Residential Property Manager in 2015. Sarah successfully reduced tenant arrears during their tenure. Sarah also served as a Chair of the Board at Stockland Green Opportunity Housing and Training during this time.

In 2017, Sarah became a Partnerships and Development Committee Member at Pioneer Group. Three years later, they joined whg as the Head of Governance and Risk. In this role, they were responsible for governance arrangements, risk management, compliance, and insurance services. Sarah also provided strategic and operational planning, policy review, and budget management.

Sarah's most recent position is the Assistant Director of Governance and Legal at whg, where they lead and supports governance and legal operations. Additionally, they are a Board Member at The Pioneer Group. Overall, Sarah's work experience demonstrates their expertise in governance, risk management, compliance, and housing services.

Sarah Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree from the University of Wolverhampton, during the period from 1991 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Queen Marys High School from 1984 to 1991. Furthermore, Sarah pursued a postgraduate diploma in Housing at Birmingham City University between 2005 and 2007.
