Vicky Green

Vicky Green has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Vicky is currently the Head of Inclusion & Organizational Culture at We are whg, where they have been working since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Community Engagement & Inclusion Manager at the same company from August 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining We are whg, Vicky worked at The Midcounties Co-Operative from 2019 to 2021. Vicky held the position of Member Board of Directors, actively contributing to the cooperative's governance.

In 2020, Vicky briefly worked as the Head of Housing and Customer Services at Bournville Village Trust, before transitioning to their role at TEDxWolverhampton as the Partnership Director from January 2019 to April 2020.

Vicky's longest tenure was at Bromford, where they worked from 1994 to 2016 in various leadership roles. Vicky was the Head of Locality - Black Country, leading Bromford's approach in the region and overseeing 4000 homes. As the Innovation Lab Manager, they played a pivotal role in establishing the lab and fostering innovation within the organization. Vicky also served as the Business Manager, focusing on customer opportunities and leading the design of online services. Additionally, they held positions as the Sustainable Communities Manager and Branch Housing Manager.

Aside from their professional roles, Vicky was also involved in the cooperative sector through their role as an elected Member of the Midcounties Members Strategy Committee at The Midcounties Co-operative from 2016 to 2019.

In their earlier career, Vicky pursued a brief stint as a TV/film extra or background artiste as a self-employed individual from 2006 to 2009.
