Sue Davies MBE has extensive experience in consumer rights and food policy, currently serving as a member of Defra's Food and Drink Sector Council and the Head of Consumer Rights and Food Policy at Which?, where responsibilities include leading policy work on consumer protection, trade, and sustainability. Sue is also a member of the Department for International Trade's Strategic Trade Advisory Group and has held key roles with Consumers International and BEUC, the European Consumer Organisation. Previous positions include Chair of the Management Board for the European Food Safety Authority and Environmental Health Technical Officer for Milton Keynes Council. Sue holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics from Cardiff University.
