Hayden Bandel

Hayden Bandel is an experienced media professional currently serving as a Klein Rising Peer Mentor at Klein College of Media and Communication, facilitating the introduction of new students to Temple University and its resources. Since August 2021, Hayden has been freelancing for ESPN, operating cameras and mixing audio for live broadcasts, while also working as an On Air Personality for WHIP Radio, hosting sports shows focused on Temple University and broader sports topics. Additionally, as a Sports Reporter for OwlSports Update Productions, Hayden creates sports content and delivers updates on Temple athletics. Previously, as Director of Broadcasting & Media Relations for the Tidewater Summer League, Hayden directed live-streamed baseball games and handled media promotions. Currently pursuing a degree in Media Studies and Production at Temple University, expected graduation in 2025.
