David Burgess

David Burgess is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an Information System and Communication Technologist (Jr) with the City of Lethbridge since January 2024. Previously, David has held roles including System Administrator at Whipcord Edge Data Centers Inc. since November 2018, and Police Systems Administrator with the Lethbridge Police Service from October 2022 to January 2024. David's diverse background includes project management at Skyline Aviation Software, as well as institutional research and planning at Grande Prairie Regional College, where responsibilities ranged from budget planning to IT support management. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alberta, earned between 1994 and 1998.
