Tomarro Cowan

Tomarro Cowan has extensive work experience in the field of implementation and client success. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Eligibility Counselor II at the State of Tennessee until December 2019. Tomarro then joined Whirks in December 2019, where they initially served as a Client Success Specialist - Payroll. In April 2023, they transitioned to the role of Implementation Specialist at the same company.

Tomarro Cowan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they attended from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the Fundamental Payroll Certification from the American Payroll Association (APA) in April 2022.
