Jessica O'Connor

Jessica O'Connor is an accomplished Senior Implementation Specialist at Field Nation since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing client engagements, consulting on business objectives, and leading cross-departmental collaborations to ensure project success. Previously, Jessica served as an Implementation Specialist, focusing on client onboarding and program performance analysis. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Technical & Engineering Recruiter at ITR Group and various positions in deposit services and client support at Choice Bank. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, while competing as a student-athlete in softball and also has coaching experience with Prior Lake Waves Softball.
