Colby Dell

Colby Dell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

In 2005, Colby began working as a Co-op at Cooper Power. From 2007 to 2008, Colby served as an Engineering Associate at OSRAM.

From 2008 to 2010, Colby worked at Modern Industries Inc. as a Materials Engineer, responsible for mechanical and metallurgical testing, as well as leading failure analysis investigations.

In 2010, Colby joined GE Transportation and held various roles within the company. As a Flow Leader from 2010 to 2012, Colby managed operations and led a team. From 2012 to 2013, Colby served as an Operational Leader Fabrication.

From June 2013 to June 2014, Colby worked as a Business Leader in Light Fabrication, responsible for leading the Sub-Assembly team. From June 2014 to June 2015, Colby was in charge of the Motors/Parts team in Heavy Fabrication. From June 2015 to December 2016, Colby was responsible for the Platform team in Heavy Fabrication. Throughout these roles, Colby focused on ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals were met.

Since December 2016, Colby has been working at Whirley-DrinkWorks! as a Plant Manager, overseeing the manufacturing operations. In February 2021, Colby took on the role of Director of Manufacturing in the same company.
