Dean Westover has a strong background in manufacturing and operations management. Starting in 1995, they worked as an Industrial Engineer at Quad Systems until 1996. Dean then joined Lexington Die Casting as a Project Engineer from 1996 to 2000. At Valeo, they served as a Program Manager from 2000 to 2006 and later became the Director of Program Management from 2007 to 2008.
