Alessandro Lombardi

Alessandro Lombardi is a seasoned executive in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at Whirlpool Corporation since October 2013. Furthermore, Alessandro has held multiple key roles within Whirlpool, including Vice President of Procurement and Cost Leadership for Whirlpool EMEA, as well as Vice President for Global Finished Product Sourcing and Global Raw Materials. Prior to this, Alessandro held various leadership positions at Whirlpool EMEA and Whirlpool Corporation, including Vice President of Products and Brands and General Manager of the Global Microwave Division. Alessandro also has experience in procurement roles in Latin America and Asia, having worked in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and Shanghai, China. Educationally, Alessandro holds an engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano, obtained between 1987 and 1995.
