Donald D'Anna

Donald D'Anna is a seasoned tax and treasury professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent companies. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Tax & Treasury at Whirlpool Corporation since May 2020, Donald previously held the position of VP-Global Tax at Vertiv from October 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing all global tax matters. Prior to that, Donald served as Senior Vice President of Tax and Treasurer at Oath, Inc. from June 2014 to September 2018, and as Principal of Tax at The Carlyle Group from March 2011 to May 2014. Additional experience includes a tenure as Tax Director at Archon Group and as Senior Tax Manager at PwC, highlighting a solid foundation in tax management. Donald D'Anna earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 1993.
