Marcelo Iocca Matsuo

Marcelo Iocca Matsuo is an experienced logistics professional currently serving as the Logistics Engineering & Operations Manager at Whirlpool Corporation since August 2016, where leadership in the startup of a new washing machine factory in Argentina has been a key focus, alongside the implementation of logistics and inventory processes in alignment with WCM methodology. Previously, Marcelo held roles at BMW Group Brasil and Embraco, contributing to logistics development, S&OP, and corporate lean initiatives across multiple countries. Marcelo's early career included coordinating marketing projects at Smart Consultoria Jr. Marcelo holds a degree in Production Engineering from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina and has pursued further education in English at iStudy International Ireland.
