Mike Kalten

Mike Kalten has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. Mike started their career as an Audit & Accounting Supervisor at Aronson LLC in 1993 and worked there until 1996. Mike then joined Nextel™ Communications, where they held various positions including Manager of Accounting, Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Senior Director of Corporate Development. In 2005, they moved to Sprint Nextel Inc. as the Vice President of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis until 2008. After that, they became a Principal at Woodmont Advisors from 2008 to 2010. Mike then joined Vubiquity as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Treasurer and worked there until 2018. Following that, they served as the Principal at Woodmont Advisors from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, they assumed the role of CFO at X-Mode Social in 2020 and is currently serving as the CFO at TingFire - Whisker Labs, Inc. since 2021.

Mike Kalten has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the George Mason University School of Business. Mike also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. In addition, Mike has pursued further education in the field of Multi-discipline Leadership at the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Furthermore, Mike has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from Maryland and as a Series 3 - Commodities and Futures professional from the National Futures Association.
