Deza Derder

Deza Derder is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Customer Experience Training Lead at Whisker since November 2022. Previously, Deza held the role of Learning & Development Trainer at American Advisors Group from March 2021 to September 2022, and worked as a Contact Center Trainer at American Homes 4 Rent between November 2018 and March 2021. Additional experience includes serving as Training Team Lead at ADP from October 2015 to July 2017 and interim Training Team Lead, along with roles at ADP Philippines Inc. and Alorica Pacific Rim as a Trainer and Product Trainer, respectively. Deza began a career in training with Convergys Inc. as a Product Specifics Trainer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Elementary Education with a focus on Early Childhood Education from Carlos Hilado Memorial State College, completed between 2005 and 2009.
