Ingrid Shawn R.

Ingrid Shawn R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in brand management, operations, and financial leadership. Currently serving as the US Brand Educator and Florida State Manager at WhistlePig Straight Rye Whiskey since July 2016, Ingrid has successfully driven account growth from 300 to over 4000 and significantly increased product depletions. Previously, as the Executive Director of Operations for the Tampa Bay Repeal Day Conference, Ingrid organized a major annual Cocktail Conference, overseeing multiple events for large audiences. Ingrid also served as Chief Financial Officer at JSS Property Professionals, Inc., where processes implemented led to a substantial revenue increase from $2 million to $10 million and maintained a high staff retention rate. Earlier roles include Controller at Belle Fleur, handling key financial responsibilities. Ingrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Columbia University, a Human Resources Studies Certificate from Cornell University, and a Project Management Certificate from the University of South Florida.
