Irina Surducan

Irina Surducan is an accomplished Ecommerce Analyst at Whitbread since April 2023, with a strong background in digital and database analysis from previous roles at EMJ and Springer Nature. Surducan has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills through leadership roles in community-focused events, such as Loughborough's first LGBT+ Pint of Science event and multiple Science Matters conferences. Earlier experiences include a publishing internship at YA Shot, which honed mentoring and editorial skills, as well as volunteer roles at The Bookseller Children's Conference and educational support as a Teaching Assistant. Irina Surducan holds a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Loughborough University and a BSc in Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Nottingham.
