Spencer Rayman

Spencer Rayman has extensive experience in account management and recruitment consulting, currently holding the position of Account Manager and Recruitment Consultant at White Ash Group since June 2021. Prior to this, Spencer served as an Affiliate Manager at Oasis Ads Media from July 2014 to March 2021, focusing on prospecting and managing affiliate relationships. Additional experience includes working as an Inside Sales Representative at OutRank by Rogers, where responsibilities involved heavy outbound sales to small and medium-sized businesses, and a brief stint in outside sales at Just Energy, promoting smart home thermostats in the Greater Toronto Area. Spencer also contributed to the Camp New Moon as Head of the Water Ski Program from 2005 to 2009, overseeing safety and instructional activities. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Western University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
