Scott Hoeg has extensive work experience in the field of physical education and DAPE (Developmental Adapted Physical Education) specialist. Scott began their career in 2008 at Centennial School District, where they served as a Physical Education/DAPE Specialist until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Delano Public Schools ISD #879 in a similar role. In 2012, they joined ISD #15 as a DAPE Specialist and worked there until 2013. Since 2013, they have been employed by White Bear Lake Area Schools, ISD #624 as a Physical Education/DAPE Specialist. In addition to their educational roles, Scott also has experience in the field of ballpark operations as a Guest Services Team Leader for the Minnesota Twins from 2007 to 2019.
Scott Hoeg obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota between 2002 and 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Education (MEd) degree with a focus on Applied Kinesiology from the same university, completing it in the year 2008.
