David Horton

David Horton is an experienced purchasing and operations professional with a career spanning over 18 years in the construction supply industry. Currently serving as the National Purchasing Manager for Tools & Equipment at White Cap since August 2022, David previously held the role of Purchasing Manager at Ram Tool Construction Supply Co. from January 2017 to September 2022. Prior to that, David served in multiple capacities, including Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager, and both Outside and Inside Sales/Operations Manager at Service Construction Supply from November 2004 to January 2017. David holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Liberty University, earned between 2010 and 2012.
