Frances Absalon

Frances Absalon has over nine years of experience in learning and development within the legal sector, currently serving as Manager of Engagement & Development for the APAC region at White & Case LLP since June 2014. Frances has held multiple managerial roles focusing on program management, leadership, and business development, and has successfully overseen various learning initiatives for lawyers and business services. Previously, Frances worked as a Training Assistant at Metropolitan Bank and Trust Company. Frances holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Management from the University of Santo Tomas, as well as a High School Diploma from De La Salle Lipa.
