Gabrielle Hodgson

Gabrielle Hodgson is an experienced Associate at White & Case LLP, where, since October 2016, responsibilities include assisting companies with technology-related transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital financings, joint ventures, divestitures, licensing agreements, and data privacy compliance. Prior to this role, Gabrielle worked as a Summer Associate in 2015, focusing on reviewing transactional documents, conducting patent title searches, researching market trends, preparing client pitch letters, and advising international non-profit organizations on partnership agreements. Gabrielle holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Honors Physics with a minor in English Literature from The University of British Columbia.
