Hedieh Fakhriyazdi

Hedieh Fakhriyazdi is a seasoned professional in diversity, social responsibility, and public service, currently serving as Chief Diversity Officer at White & Case LLP since November 2022. As an Adjunct Associate Professor of Public Service at New York University since June 2014, Fakhriyazdi combines academic insights with practical experience gained from various roles at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, where responsibilities spanned from Director of Social Responsibility to Senior Manager of Global Diversity & Social Responsibility from 2014 to 2022. Prior to that, Fakhriyazdi developed expertise in corporate philanthropy and community engagement at Bloomberg LP and held positions related to major gifts and corporate relations at the Tahirih Justice Center. Additional international experience includes working with the United Nations Office of the Baha'i International Community. Fakhriyazdi holds an MPA in Public and Nonprofit Management and Policy from New York University and has undergraduate degrees from the University of Virginia, along with education from Harvard Business School.
