Jane Ayaduray

Jane Ayaduray currently serves as the Global Director of Diversity and Inclusion at White & Case LLP, a position held since May 2020. Prior to this role, Jane was the Head of Diversity and Inclusion for BNP Paribas in the UK from December 2017 to May 2020, where collaboration with the UK Leadership Team focused on embedding diversity and inclusion into business practices. Jane's experience includes serving as a Diversity, Inclusion and Equality Advocate and leading the Group Diversity and Inclusion function at Standard Chartered Bank, where efforts were directed towards organizational culture change and engagement with business leaders. Jane's extensive background in human resources and diversity initiatives is supported by an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Psychology and Art History from the University of Otago.
