Manager – Global Hosting Operations at White Clarke Group Limited

Ahmad Karim has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies and roles. Ahmad started their career in 2004 as a Regional Sales Manager at Rogers Wireless and then moved on to work as a Connection Centre Manager at Walmart Canada. In this role, they managed a small team and was responsible for sales forecasting, budget management, and inventory control.

Later, Ahmad joined TELUS in 2008 and held various positions including Business Analyst (UAT) and Data & Network Specialist II. In these roles, they focused on troubleshooting network services and devices, managing customer cases, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ahmad also played a key role in beta testing OS updates for handsets and rollout of Case Management proof of concept.

Ahmad then joined White Clarke Group (now Solifi) in 2018 and has held multiple positions including Deployment Specialist, Release & Deployment Team Lead, and currently serves as the Manager – Global Hosting Operations. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing releases, deployments, and release schedules. Ahmad has also implemented best practices and process improvements for release management, coordinated deployments to various environments, and developed integration tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

From 2000 to 2002, Ahmad Karim attended Sheridan College, where they studied IT Support Services.
