Tracy Bailey began their work experience in 2007 as a Senior Project Manager at White Construction. Tracy then went on to become the Vice President of the company in 2015, overseeing various responsibilities. In 2016, Tracy was promoted to Vice-President of Preconstruction Services, where they managed the comprehensive Preconstruction Services and client development for White Construction. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Emeritus at White Construction. In 2021, Tracy also started their own venture called Bailey Farms, specializing in long-leaf pine tree farming and forestry management.
Tracy Bailey attended Brookhaven High School. Following high school, they pursued further education at Copiah-Lincoln Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Continuing their education, Tracy enrolled at Mississippi State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
In addition to their academic achievements, Tracy has also obtained certifications such as CPR Certified from the National Safety Council, First Aid Certified from the American Red Cross, and completed the OSHA 30 HR Training Course offered by OSHA.
