Emily Kerr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and horticulture. Currently serving as a Shipping Coordinator and Greenhouse Grower at White Flower Farm since November 2016, Emily is responsible for processing daily paperwork for shipping, troubleshooting between the growing facility and shipping warehouse, producing plants to meet quality deadlines, and training new staff. Prior to this role, Emily worked as an Assistant Manager at Pier 1 Imports from June 2008 to November 2016, contributing to the success of the largest volume store in the region and enhancing customer relations. Emily also held the position of Key Holder at Goodwill Industries International from 2006 to 2009. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Central Connecticut State University, obtained in 2011, and is a certified private pesticide applicator.
