Nathan Schmidt is a seasoned culinary and management professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry. Since April 2021, Nathan has served as the General Manager at White Labs Inc. and simultaneously held the position of Executive Chef at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. since August 2016, where Nathan also previously worked as a Sous Chef. Prior to these roles, Nathan was the General Manager at Another Broken Egg Cafe from June 2019 to April 2021 and at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex from January 2012 to July 2016. Nathan began their career as an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Bonefish Grill from February 2006 to July 2012. Nathan holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Music Performance from St. Petersburg College, completed between 2007 and 2009.
