Andrew Congress

Andrew Congress currently serves as the Dual Director of Luxury Transient Sales at White Lodging, a position held since March 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Hotel Emma from July 2022 to March 2025, where responsibilities encompassed Group Sales Manager, Business Travel, Leisure & Entertainment Sales Manager, and Catering Sales Manager. Prior to that, Andrew worked as a Catering Sales Manager at La Cantera Resort & Spa from July 2021 to July 2022, focusing on securing social and corporate business by collaborating closely with operational teams. Andrew's career began at Hilton in January 2018 as a Business Travel Sales Manager, confirming corporate travel agreements and managing client relations, and also included experience as a Sales Intern and a Banquet Houseman and Server, where foundational knowledge of event organization was gained. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Tourism and Hospitality with a specialization in Meeting and Event Planning from the University of Florida.
