Belem Martinez

Belem Martinez currently serves as the Executive Chef at The Passenger, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, since August 2023. Prior to this role, Belem Martinez held the position of Executive Sous Chef at Hotel Boulderado from January 2003 and has been with White Lodging Services as a Kitchen Supervisor since January 1999.
