Charlene Huang Olson

Charlene Huang Olson serves on the Board of Advisors for White Lodging since March 2019 and is involved with the Latin School of Chicago as a member of the Senior Advisory Council and Senior Trustee since 2004. Olson has held prominent roles within the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago, where participation includes the Board of Directors and serving as President of the Woman's Board since May 2013. Additionally, Olson has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Chicago Children's Museum since 2003. Previous experience includes working as an Independent Recruiting Professional from 2002 to 2005, and serving as Chief Talent Officer at Bridge Strategy Group from January 2000 to September 2001, as well as being a Principal/Partner at CSC Index/CSC Strategic Services from 1993 to 1999. Olson holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management and Operations Research from Princeton University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
