Benjamin Barnes has been in the real estate industry since at least 2005, starting as a Manager at Fairfield Residential before moving up to Regional Manager and eventually Senior VP of Asset Management. Currently, Benjamin serves as CIO and Chief Real Estate Officer at White Oak Partners, where their responsibilities include overseeing acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management. Benjamin graduated from Wheaton College in 2004 with a Bachelor's degree.
