Kayla Wallace

Kayla Wallace is an experienced hospitality professional and entrepreneur, currently serving as General Manager at White Rhino Coffee since November 2021 and as the Owner of Olive Vegan Goods, LLC since February 2019. At Olive Vegan Goods, Kayla specializes in creating plant-based baked goods, managing inventory and finances, and building a strong clientele through various marketing efforts. Prior experience includes roles as Restaurant Manager at Pappas Restaurants, Inc., where Kayla led a team of over 100 staff members, and as Greeter at Hillstone Restaurant Group, ensuring positive guest experiences. Earlier positions included a Resident Advisor at the University of Houston, an intern at Music World Entertainment, and various roles in catering and food service. Kayla holds a degree from the University of Houston and has continued education at the Universidad de Cádiz since June 2015.
