Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and previously holding the title of Vice President of Operations at White Sands Treatment Center since January 2013, Joseph has demonstrated a strong commitment to organizational success. Prior experience includes roles as Sales and Operations Manager at Acquinity Interactive and Vice President of Operations at Royal Auto Protection. Joseph also held the position of EVP Mortgage Acquisition & Sale at The CIT Group for over a decade. Joseph Ducey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Rutgers University between 1986 and 1992.
