Vishal Korotania

Vishal Korotania is currently employed as a Line Cook at White Spot since November 2023, responsible for setting up and stocking stations and preparing food for service. Previously, Vishal served as a Line Cook at Lyxel&Flamingo from August 2022 to July 2023, handling product listings and client interactions in e-commerce. Vishal also worked as a Customer Service Officer with IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) from January 2021 to May 2022, focusing on airport operations and maintaining communication and team relations. An industrial trainee at Sheraton New Delhi Hotel from November 2017 to March 2018, Vishal completed 16 weeks of mandatory training across core departments while adhering to health and safety guidelines. Vishal holds a B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration from Delhi Institute of Hotel Management (2016-2019) and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Douglas College since September 2023.
