Leah Roderick

Leah Roderick's work experience includes co-founding and partnering at White Tiger Connections since 2022, where they have been involved in executive search, remote recruitment, mergers and acquisitions solutions, and strategic lead generation. Prior to that, they worked as a Member Service Representative III at Navy Federal Credit Union from 2014 to 2022. Before that, they worked as a Sales and Service Specialist at Bank of America from 2010 to 2014.

Leah Roderick's education journey began in 2016 when they enrolled at Liberty University to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. Leah devoted herself to their studies and successfully completed their undergraduate program in 2021. Building upon their academic foundation, Leah Roderick decided to further their education and enrolled at Liberty University once again, this time pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor. Leah began their graduate studies in 2022 and is expected to complete their program in 2024.
