Henri Lewbel

Henri Lewbel has worked in the food industry since 1990, when they became the owner of Interchanges Le Tour du Monde, a food brokerage firm. In 2002, they were hired as a Sales Manager for White Toque, where they were responsible for national food service and retail sales, calling on chain, industrial, distributor, and retail accounts.

Henri Lewbel completed a Diploma in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from a culinary school in France, followed by an education at a French academy.
