Julia Pasette

Julia Pasette is an Associate at Whiteboard Advisors supporting strategic communications and public relations efforts for organizations that focus on higher education attainment, educational innovation, skills-based learning, and workforce development.

Prior to joining the Whiteboard Advisors team full-time, Julia was one of the firm’s Communications and Research Fellows. She also previously served as Communications and Curiosity Specialist at the Science Museum of Virginia and completed an internship in media relations with the Richmond Public Schools system. In these roles, Julia developed a profound love and passion for education and equitable access that now guides her work.

Julia graduated with honors from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications and certificate in global education. She currently resides in Richmond, Virginia with her fiancé and two cats, Pepperpot and Mithai. In her free time, Julia enjoys playing TTRPGs and social deduction games, going to post-hardcore concerts, and collecting vintage corningware.
