Rejoyce Owusu has worked at several corporations, including some fortune 500 companies. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management. She graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Masters from Nazareth College in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources.

Her passion is people. She loves helping companies find, hire, and retain top talent. She has used predictive analytics to make an effective recruiting decision. She is highly motivated and intellectually curious about solving complex problems and improving recruitment and HR operations by networking, collaborating with internal and external business partners and thinking outside of the box to meet current and future needs.
