Alyssa Cruz

Alyssa Cruz has over 20 years of experience in the legal and compliance fields, currently serving as a Senior Paralegal and Compliance Manager at Whitebox Advisors since April 2018. Previously, Alyssa held various positions at Morgan Stanley from May 2010 to April 2018, including Senior Associate in the Office of the COO, where management of compliance matters for business units within the Merchant Banking and Real Estate Investing platforms was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Alyssa worked as a Paralegal at Principled Capital Management, providing compliance and legal support, and held paralegal roles at Royal Bank of Canada and Merrill Lynch, gaining comprehensive experience in compliance, litigation, and regulatory support. Alyssa graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Marymount Manhattan College in 2001.
