Harminder Gosal

Harminder Gosal, P.Eng, MBA, currently serves as the Exploitation Manager for Central Alberta at Whitecap Resources Inc., having held various senior positions since May 2022. Prior to this role, Harminder accumulated extensive experience at Crescent Point Energy from June 2011 to May 2022, including Senior Exploitation Engineer roles in both SW Saskatchewan Conventional and Duvernay regions, where responsibilities encompassed development in exploration plays, budget management, and economic evaluations for acquisitions. Harminder also contributed as an Exploitation Engineer overseeing a substantial capital program and managed well optimization during the initial training phase. Harminder holds an MBA from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with a Petroleum Minor from the same institution.
