Christina Crapanzano

Christina Crapanzano has a diverse work experience in the HR and payroll field. Christina started their career as a Personal Assistant at AXA Equitable in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Christina then joined Windsor Resources as a Recruitment Coordinator from 2013 to 2016 before transitioning to the role of Payroll Manager, Recruitment Coordinator, and HR Generalist at the same company from 2016 to 2020. Christina then moved on to Windsor Advisors LLC, where they worked as the Manager of Payroll & HR from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at WhiteCap Search, holding the positions of Operations Associate since 2021 and HR/Payroll Team Lead from 2022.
