Luis A Rivas

Luis A Rivas currently serves as Vice President of Client Service - Professional Services at WhiteCap Search, leading Temp and Temp-to-Perm recruitment efforts since March 2024. Previously, Rivas held various positions at Tandym Group from 2014 to 2024, culminating in the role of Managing Director for Professional Services - Temporary Staffing, where nationwide staffing efforts were managed. As Director, Rivas established and expanded the Accounting/Finance temp staffing division in Fort Lauderdale and took oversight of the Office Support division. Additional recruitment experience includes roles at Aerotek Architecture & Design as a Technical Recruiter, and at Wells Fargo Bank as a Personal Banker. Rivas holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Marketing and Management from Florida State University.
